Our knife series Vianden is named after the Vianden Castle in Luxembourg.
All our ceramic knives are made of Zirconium oxide, a high-tech-material that is almost as hard as diamond.
When measuring hardness on a scale of 1 to 10, a steel knife will have 5-6, ZrO2 knives 8-9 and diamond 10.
 		  



 

  


CV09B is the smallest kitchen knife in our Vianden series.
It has a 9cm black ZrO2 blade and a 10cm curved handle made of Delrin. (right and left handed)
 



 

  
It comes in a stylish gift box and is really a kitchen favourite when you need a extra sharp small knife for quick cuts.
