SHIPPING FEES

One European Union, One shipping fee!

TokyoToys/WIR-TEC have a standard shipping fee of 3 Euro within Luxembourg(LU), 7 Euro on orders within Europe (EU).
Same price whether you order small or big.
No hidden fees or service charges.
Shipment to countries outside the European Union has a standard shipping fee of 14 Euro.

SHIPPING
Ordered items will be sent as postal freight by the Luxembourgish Postal Service, P&T.

DELIVERY TIME
Normally your order will be shipped 1-2 days after confirmed payment.
As we are a small company and frequently are on business trips, shipment might occasionally be delayed a few days.
We will inform you via E-mail if excessive delay is expected.

RETURN SHIPMENT
It is always the customer who has to stand return shipment cost.
WIR-TEC s.a.r.l. will not pay reception fees or pay for under franked postal goods.
Important is to always contact us before sending a return shipment.
